Bernie Smith is the President and Founder of Ching Ching Virtual Bookkeeping Services, LLC . Over the years she has worked as a bookkeeper for a construction company and as a bookkeeper or Staff Accountant for several small and large private companies.

Bernie started Ching Ching Virtual Bookkeeping Services, LLC , 1998 after leaving a minimum wage job. She thought, "I need to get back to doing what I love the most, small business accounting".

Bernie's love and passion is to work with small business owners to help them understand and better control their bottom line. This will help their business experience the growth they envisioned.

Our Team

Ching Ching Virtual Bookkeeping Service, LLC is supported by a full-time on-staff bookkeeper, and part-time on-staff data entry clerk. Outside bookkeepers are used during the busy seasons and at other times when necessary, All members of our team are excellent at what they do. We all work remotely so the best way to catch us is by email.

Sherry has worked for Bernie almost since the beginning, and she's learned a lot. She started as a part-time clerk and currently works full-time as a full-charge bookkeeper. She is "primary" on one of our largest clients and does a great job, and we love having her!

Sherry says, "To me bookkeeping is fun. I enjoy the precision it takes to keep our client's records up-to-date. I like to work hard and can move through my job with speed and accuracy. I stay busy in life and give 100% of myself to all projects I begin."
